As an Atlante Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by engaging directly with potential clients, cultivating long-term relationships, and converting them into effective users of the Atlante Sales Tool. You will be the face of Atlante, representing its values and mission while mastering sales techniques and strategic industry insights. This is an ideal role for a dynamic, consultative professional who loves to build relationships, embrace challenges, and is driven to be successful in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates will participate in an intensive sales training program with a highly structured goal setting and execution framework. This role is for career oriented professionals seeking to challenge themselves and take their skills and abilities to the next level.

 

Outcomes:

  • Secure 6 new clients each month, generating a minimum of $1,800 in new recurring monthly revenue.
  • Conduct 5-6 meetings with prospective clients per week to foster relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement an effective industry focus strategy that enhances thought leadership and drives client acquisition.
  • Achieve mastery of the Atlante Sales Tool and leverage it effectively in sales presentations and client management.
  • Provide proactive support to new clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor and lead other Client Executives as the company grows.

 

Actions:

  • Participate in an intensive structured sales training program provided by Atlante to understand the core strategies and best practices.
  • Build a comprehensive list of potential clients (“suspects”) for direct solicitation.
  • Engage directly with prospects through calls, emails, networking events, and other outreach efforts.
  • Create and execute an industry-specific thought leadership strategy to establish credibility and drive additional sales.
  • Market the Atlante Sales Tool through various channels, leveraging its features to attract and convert leads.

 

Routine:

  • Daily: Follow structured Routine to meet and exceed goals. Identify and research potential prospects; conduct initial outreach via calls and emails; track prospect engagement in CRM.
  • Weekly: Conduct 5-6 meetings with new prospects; review and refine sales strategies based on feedback and results; provide proactive client support.
  • Monthly: Analyze performance against targets; adjust industry focus and outreach strategies as needed; report progress and insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Ongoing: Maintain continuous learning of sales tactics, industry trends, and best practices; cultivate relationships with clients to enhance retention and growth.
