Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Construction Superintendent at T and A Builders. The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction site management, ensure construction safety, utilize strong organizational skills, manage budgets, and lead project management efforts. While the role is primarily based in Cypress, CA, remote work is acceptable.


Qualifications

  • OSHA-30 certified

. Further safty certs are preferred.

Knowledge of scheduling softwares such as MS Project.

Experience in Tenant Improvement and seimic upgradw projects.

  • Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, Budgeting, and Project Management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in construction project scheduling
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
