What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise, manage, schedule construction work
• Review plans and oversee construction on roads, curbs, gutters, etc
• Schedule public works and other inspections
• SWPPP and erosion control responsibility
• Review city and utility plans
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of experience as an offsite superintendent and/or land development manager
• Experience with a single family builder preferred
• SWPPP
