Overview

Are you passionate about how brands make their mark in the world? Does the idea of designing and executing creative assets for both digital and physical platforms excite you? Look no further We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-office Venice based team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating cut through, attention-grabbing assets across all channels and mediums, including social, email, digital ads, print, packaging, in-store and more. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer who is conceptual and detail-oriented, and excited to make an impact at Bloom


Responsibilities:

  • Create mock ups / renders for product concepts and packaging
  • Utilize dielines to create final production files
  • Design in-store retail assets, including POS displays (endcaps, trays, pallets)
  • Create “thumb-stopping” ads for Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, & Youtube
  • Support event design & production for retail, consumer and influencer events
  • Design graphics and edit/animate video content for social channels (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Design digital assets including emails, wen banners and landing pages
  • Monitor trends in social media, lifestyle, and pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create engaging content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Assist in the development of new ideas and campaigns
  • Collaborate with team to concept and design new ads, resize as needed
  • Design digital sales assets, including sales decks, pitch decks, presentations
  • Image retouching
  • Update product listings for all selling platforms


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Blender a plus
  • Please include a portfolio link on your resume.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in designing retail assets
  • Social native who stays ahead of social media trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency.
  • Highly organized, task-oriented, and a team player.
  • Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects.
  • Must be able to commute to the Venice office 4 times a week.
