Dallas, United States Motion Recruitment Full time

Motion recruitment has partnered with a global client in Dallas, TX and seeking a Software developer who can design, develop and maintain high-quality Software applications. This is a contract to hire, hybrid role with 3 days in the office.


The final interview will be onsite. “Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without needing sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.”


The candidate needs to have great programing skills in Python and Javascript in addition to one of the other programming skills ( Java, C, C++, C#). They must have experience and knowledge about security concepts like encryption, authentication, Algorithms Etc.


  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C#, C++) and scripting language (Python, bash, PowerShell)
  • Proficient in developing full-stack applications and rapidly prototyping solutions to support automated data collection, aggregation, and analysis.
  • Experience in SQL, data modeling, and ETL development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development tools like Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.
  • Experience with public cloud services (Azure, AWS, Alibaba).
  • Knowledge of foundational IAM concepts (Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, JIT) and Encryption.
  • 5+ years in software development; or master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related cyber field, and 2 years of relevant experience.


  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in one or more security domains (e.g. Data security [DataSec], Network security, Application Security, Cloud Security).
  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft APIs.
  • Experience with algorithms, predictive ML models, NLP, or AI.

  • Experience driving large-scale risk reduction initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Ability to weigh the relative costs/benefits/trade-offs of potential actions and identify the best resolution.
  • Information Security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, GSE are a plus.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize actions to meet business needs.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.


  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions to enable data protection and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Develop technical documentation (i.e. system design, architecture diagrams, data flows, functional specifications).
  • Contribute to defining the future state of cybersecurity within the organization by conducting technical assessments between the current state and the desired state across security tools and services.
  • Develop program metrics, continuously measure progress and Impact, and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Senior leadership and cross-functional team including security operations, legal, privacy, data and analytics, enterprise architecture, Platform team, and sector functions.
  • Execute projects, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the team's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Create and deliver training sessions; mentor junior team members; and engage in knowledge transfer sessions, technical design reviews, security reviews, and business review meetings.
