Position: Oracle PPM Consultant

Location: Remote

Hourly: $85 - $90HR

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle PPM solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, providing expert advice, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management, and Project Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle PPM applications to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide end-to-end support during project lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to ensure successful adoption of Oracle PPM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PPM applications, working closely with technical teams as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle PPM features and updates, and proactively recommend enhancements to clients.
  • Participate in project management activities, including scope management, risk assessment, and status reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle PPM Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle PPM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle PPM architecture, configuration, and integration with other Oracle ERP modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Oracle PPM certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project assignments.
