We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to join a large dynamic team at a leading software and security company. As the Director of TA, you will play a pivotal role in leading the global talent acquisition strategy and operations, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top-tier talent to drive our company’s growth and success. This position manages a team of 4+ talented TA professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and hiring needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and market trends.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

  • Design and implement efficient and scalable talent acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

TA Matrix and Data Management:

  • Utilize talent acquisition metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a TA dashboard to track KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling employer branding campaigns and materials.

High-Volume Recruitment:

  • Oversee high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple geographies and functions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools and reduce time-to-fill metrics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing a team of 4+ individuals.
  • Proven track record of successfully setting up and scaling talent acquisition functions in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment technologies.
