We’re looking for a self-motivated Applications Engineer to actively support our customer-base in North and South America.


Moldex3D is a global CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) software company with its American headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. We specialize in molding simulation tools and offer cutting-edge solutions for various molding problems. Our software and solutions have been embraced by a wide range of companies across different industries.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with technical support via phone and email.

• Support sales reps with pre-sales activities such as Software demonstration, benchmarking projects.

• Handle paid consulting projects.

• Run training sessions for customers.

• Software testing for bug fixes and new version releases.

• Host webinar sessions, conference presentations and other vent support.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an engineering field.

• Knowledge and skills of Injection Molding /CAE / CAD is preferred.

• Willing to travel independently, up to 25% of time.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Sound computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Natural ability to work well in a team as well as individually.
