Technical Recruiter | About You

As a Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting exceptional talent that drives our innovative solutions in data management, integration, business intelligence, and analytics. Technical Recruiter | Day-to-Day

  • Manage entire recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline and qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Foster positive candidate interactions by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  • Review recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for process enhancements.


Technical Recruiter | Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within consulting or technology sectors.
  • Expertise in industry-leading recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut) and search techniques (Boolean Search, Reverse Search).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data, AI, and related technologies to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications is highly preferred.
