Supply Chain Planner

- Proven experience in purchasing.
- Strong background in planning.
- Expertise in forecasting and inventory control management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across various levels within the company and with customers.
- Gather, organize, plan, and prioritize multiple assignments and information efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive spreadsheets, documents, reports, charts, and related materials.
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, for internal and external communications at various levels.
- Work under general supervision to achieve production team goals and complete individual assignments within established time frames.
- Solve problems creatively, using learned experiences to find solutions. Work is guided by objectives and broad functional direction, requiring some analysis and judgment to determine appropriate courses of action.
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
- Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal for more than 95% of work time in a moderately mobile and sedentary position.
- Lift, move, or adjust general office equipment, boxes, supplies, materials, or products weighing up to 25 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
- Maintain high visual acuity, numeric and character detail, and moderate color distinction for accurate document preparation, information analysis, and error recognition.
- Demonstrate high hand/finger dexterity with fine motor coordination skills for data entry work.
- Work under minimal supervision where general policies govern daily activities. Performance is measured by effective results, with most work not directly verified. Errors may involve internal losses or costs to correct. Access to some confidential data, with negligible effect if disclosed.
- Travel less than 10% of the time, if at all.
- Frequently work additional hours beyond the normal schedule.
