Job Description: Director of Finance

Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Director of Finance who will take charge of our company's financial health by developing and executing financial strategies that support our goals. As an integral member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will lead financial operations, deliver insightful analysis and reporting, and ensure the sustainability of our business through innovative fiscal management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline with 5-10 years of experience in a senior financial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a commitment to ethical and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree or higher in a related field with extensive experience in leading finance functions within a tech-centric environment is preferable.
• Must have experience in e-commerce, particularly in areas emphasizing customer experience and personalized services. Prior experience in a high-growth startup setting is highly advantageous.
• Proven capability to narrate stories with financial data and formulate executive-level presentations.
• Note: This is a hybrid role, necessitating up to 3 days per week in the office. Applicants must reside within 60 miles of Hopewell Junction, NY.
