We are a family law firm in Farragut, Tennessee, looking for an attorney passionate about helping people and who can confidently handle adoptions, terminating parental rights, dependency and neglect, custody cases, and divorces.

We prioritize both personal and professional development; however, we are seeking an experienced attorney who can immediately provide exceptional representation for our clients. You should have a proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients and be familiar with courtroom procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a client's case – discovery, pleadings, motions, experts, depositions, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to manage case files.
  • Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies.
  • Handle division of marital assets during divorce proceedings.
  • Attend court hearings in Knox County and surrounding counties as required.

  • We are expanding, and you will need to take on various roles. We require someone who understands that occasionally scanning your documents is part of the job.


Education and Experience:

  • Tennessee licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in family law.
  • A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is required.
  • Active license to practice law and/or membership in state Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of Tennessee family law.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
