Reporting into the VP of Structured Finance, duties will include:


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the initiation, design, negotiation, and completion of diverse financing and transactions.
  • Create and update financial models for transactions and internal assessments, proposing varied structuring and financing options.
  • Craft engaging marketing presentations and assist in engaging potential financing partners.
  • Manage due diligence processes internally, liaising with external parties and overseeing project data rooms.
  • Offer guidance on financing and structuring to facilitate investment decisions.
  • Assist in corporate finance tasks, including overseeing letters of credit issuance.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal teams to ensure accurate information for lenders and investors.
  • Review commercial agreements to align with financing requirements and provide insights to commercial units.
  • Foster connections with financial institutions and investors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance financing strategies.


Required Experience:

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in project finance, structuring, and finance within the realm of clean energy transactions.
  • Proficiency in crafting financial models for investment analysis and/or project financing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration across various departments.
  • Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
  • Background in executing tax equity and project financing structures specific to renewable energy projects in the U.S.
  • Proven track record of autonomously leading work streams and navigating intricate transactions, showcasing adept prioritization, deadline management, and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
