Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Plant Reliability Engineer for a client in Danbury, CT. This person will be joining a growing team of several Reliability Engineers, who work together to identify the root cause of failures in the reliability of the equipment (pumps, valves, and mixers). This person is needed to help extend the amount of time for preventative reliability to prevent future equipment failure from becoming a reality. Job Summary: The Plant Reliability Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies to improve the performance and longevity of plant equipment. This role involves analyzing equipment performance, identifying potential failures, and recommending maintenance practices to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans for plant equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and address equipment failures.
• Utilize predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance schedules.
• Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Compensation:
$80k-$110k/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
