Our client, a marketing and advertising agency in Boca Raton, is looking for a Group Account Director with expertise in digital marketing. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating strategic campaigns across various digital media channels for a large healthcare client. Serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will drive the execution of innovative digital strategies tailored to meet client objectives. Your deep understanding of programmatic advertising, SEM, social media, and other digital channels will be instrumental in shaping impactful campaigns. This role requires someone who sits in Florida and can travel to the Boca Raton office as needed.


  • Salary: $150k


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable digital strategies.
  • Lead and mentor small teams, providing guidance on campaign development, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that incorporate programmatic, SEM, social media, and other relevant channels to drive client success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, media buying, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Ensure all creative and media work aligns with the client’s brand and overall marketing strategy.
  • Prepare and present strategies, media plans, and creative concepts at client meetings.
  • Lead weekly client-facing status meetings
  • Create case studies for past campaigns
  • Responsible for final out-the-door billing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to continually innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness.


Required Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on programmatic advertising, SEM, and social media.
  • Previous experience working in marketing and advertising agencies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable in both strategic and executional roles, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Healthcare or hospital system experience would be highly advantageous.
