What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a talented Designer with solid agency experience. You can handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well individually or in a group. You thrive on keeping up with trends and genuinely love all things related to visual design. It’s not just a career. It’s a lifestyle.


In This Role, You’ll Get To:

Partner closely with the Design Director and Creative Team to craft, iterate and optimize visual layouts that span a variety of use cases both traditional and digital.


What You Bring:

  • An obvious passion for visual design
  • Excellent design skills, including typography, color, imagery, composition, system structures, visual hierarchy and/or interface design.
  • Experience developing or refining brand identities is a plus
  • Work with Design Director and sales enablement to enhance templated and one-off presentation materials
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices for presentations
  • A strong work ethic; does what it takes to get the job done.



Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient with Adobe CS products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro creating animated and non-animated videos
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in Google Slides and Google Docs
  • Strong understanding of design rules and principles
  • Strong eye for detail & aesthetic
  • Self-starter who is able to initiative to propose new ideas and projects
  • Passionate about visual problem solving and graphic design
  • Knowledge of print production a plus


Education and Experience:

Have 2-3 years’ experience in Graphic Design or equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Typically working in an office with occasionally working outdoors on location at client sites.

Travel requirements - In-town travel may be necessary, occasional overnight travel is needed.
