We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our dynamic team within the Supply Chain Operations Management (SCOM) organization. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our manufacturing operations and fulfillment processes with external supply chain partners, ensuring on-time performance, cost efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to our customers and partners worldwide.


Typical Day in the Role:

  • Purpose of the Team: The SCOM team focuses on smart growth and high efficiency, implementing sourcing and supply chain management strategies to drive continuous improvement in cycle time, cost, and efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a crucial link between Capacity Planning and Build Order & Fulfillment Teams, shaping supply-demand stability.
  • Utilize data analytics for supply matching with capacity planning and customer demand requirements.
  • Define and monitor key metrics and performance indicators to drive process improvements.
  • Focus on demand-supply shaping activities to ensure delivery of our finished goods to global data centers.
  • Manage company inventory to minimize overstock and out-of-stock occurrences.
  • Develop and drive internal and external key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to achieve delivery performance targets and support process enhancements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 4-7 years of supplier management experience in Electronics or high-volume supply chain environments.
  • Minimum 4+ years of Program Management and data analytics experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: MS/MBA preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on global stakeholders.
  • Proficient in complex data analysis to drive supply chain performance improvements.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in IT/high-tech electronics or Manufacturing/Service supply chain operations.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage conflicting priorities.
