Role Description


- Build and Lead: Develop, execute, and scale the Fleet Line of Business strategy at CarAdvise. This position reports directly to the CEO.

- Sales Generation: Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and securing large fleet clients (500+ vehicles) for our cutting-edge digital fleet maintenance platform.

- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the Fleet Relationship Management teams to ensure optimal customer retention and growth.

- Market Expansion: Expand business through both direct sales initiatives and strategic indirect partnerships.

- Customer Focus: Foster deep, trusted relationships with current and prospective fleet clients, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.

- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align our fleet solutions with market demands and client expectations.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize market insights and data analysis to drive strategic decisions and actionable outcomes.


Qualifications


- Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years in sales, with significant experience selling to large fleets (500+ vehicles).

- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales and relationship management teams.

- Sales Acumen: Exceptional skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and account management.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fleet maintenance industry and digital solution landscapes.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
