Position Summary

Constitution Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Wholesaler. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our external sales team by driving sales and building strong relationships with advisors.


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with external sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies within assigned territories.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to advisors to promote our products and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and product education.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns raised by advisors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes, including coordinating marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, webinars, and training sessions to educate advisors on our products and investment strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Series 7 required
  • Series 66 preferred, or must obtain within 60 days of employment (employer sponsored)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial products
