Title: Digital Ads Coordinator
Duration: 6 month contract + quarterly extensions
Location: Seattle WA (2x week in office)
Pay Rate: $25/hr
- At least 1-4 years of prior marketing, digital marketing, account based marketing, marketing operations etc.
- Experience creating campaigns in Marketo and LinkedIn Advertisements
- Strong understanding of marketing software and online applications (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Advertising, Google Analytics).
- Previous experience with multi-channel marketing such as webinars, email campaigns, paid ad search etc.
- Good understanding of the post sales lifecycle
- Team player with a strong desire to learn and an ambitious professional drive.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and make firm deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a desire to assist in end-to-end execution of events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.

What You'll Do
* Assist in flawless execution of planning and executing marketing campaigns and events that will improve membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, and continuously strive to optimize and improve member acquisition investments.
* Drive promotional activities across a broad range of marketing channels, including advertising, social media, email, direct mail, events, webinars and more.
* Collaborate across the community, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on community growth initiatives.
