Responsibilities:

· Interact with Stakeholders from different departments and organizations and liaises with other team members to accomplish Culinary department projects and events

· Fielding general inquires and feedback from site managers and vendors with level of customer service, promptness and professionalism, while escalating issues when needed

· Coordinate day-to-day operations of a growing food and beverage program, with multiple vendors across multiple sites simultaneously

· Manage and create schedules for all events, including onsite support

· Coordinator of all banquet associates/delegate tasks to ensure customer satisfaction

· Serve as a point of contact for employees and vendors, responding to culinary related inquires, suggestions, and complaints in a prompt, responsive, and professional manner

· Collects and records invoicing on a regular basis in order to ensure accurate reporting

· Creates, Tracks and reports program metrics for all on-going program efficiency

· Provides onsite support for all Employee events and activities involving Culinary programs

· Other duties as required to meet program goals and objectives



Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of program administration experience

· High volume food & beverage experience preferred

· Catering Experience preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and demands

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)

· Ability to work evening and weekend hours as necessary

· Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of project


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
