Scientist, Topical Delivery

ODDITY Labs is hiring for a Topical Delivery specialist to develop a best-in-class playbook for optimizing the penetration of our topically applied therapeutics.
Specific responsibilities
- Develop a playbook for maximizing topical delivery that taps into the strongest existing research in skin penetration, but is customized to our use case
- Own the hands on execution of the playbook, with support from an existing team of chemists & formulators
- Develop and maintain rigorous standards for testing and optimizing deliverability
- Commission or conduct cutting edge research into new topical delivery modalities for our applications
- Maintain a network of experts in the topical delivery space to ensure we are always appraised of the newest developments in the space
- Keep finger on the pulse of innovations in topical delivery to ensure we are always implementing the most cutting edge technologies
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Topical Delivery, with at least 5 years in Industry. Ideally in small molecules
- All-around team player, self-motivated with strong communication skills, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to roll up sleeves and do any task to get the job done
- Strong time management skills – ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders
- A passion player who loves their work, loves getting things done together with their team, who thrives off achieving wins
