Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM) or Product Owner (PO) to drive the product strategy, development, and delivery for [company/product]. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative products that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure the product’s technical solutions address both user pain points and business objectives.


Product Backlog Management:

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality features.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable tasks for development teams.
  • Regularly review and refine user stories and requirements with stakeholders and development teams.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that product features are user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support).


Product Delivery:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Make data-driven decisions, using analytics to guide product improvements and enhancements.
  • Manage trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources to deliver product milestones efficiently.


Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead product demos, reviews, and presentations for stakeholders.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Iterate on the product roadmap based on insights gathered from users and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product stays competitive.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in a technical or software-driven environment.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of development processes, ideally with familiarity in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, etc.) to drive product success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific technical domains such as [Cloud, AI/ML, APIs, etc.].
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management and collaboration platforms.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in related technical project management roles.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
