Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interface Product/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and demonstrate the ability to work well in both individual and team settings. This role requires proven experience in SQL, JSON, JavaScript, Open API and SOAP, along with exemplary technical writing abilities.


Responsibilities :

  • Product and Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interface projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and integration guides.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver seamless and efficient interface solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all interfaces are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality and performance

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience: Proven experience in a product/project management role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, JavaScript, Open API and SOAP.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in group settings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Technical Writing: Excellent technical writing skills, with experience producing high-quality documentation for various audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of web services and API integration.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
