Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse data team, including infrastructure, analytics engineering, and machine learning specialists, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration between the data organization and other critical functions across the business.
  • Oversee the design and execution of data systems and architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and alignment with business needs.
  • Drive consistency, accessibility, and quality across all data-related functions, ensuring that data is reliable and actionable.
  • Take ownership of the organization's data framework, ensuring that it translates high-level business objectives into measurable and impactful metrics.
  • Lead efforts to derive actionable insights from complex data sets, from overarching metrics down to granular data points, to support decision-making at all levels.
  • Champion data-driven experimentation and innovation, ensuring the proper methodologies are in place for continuous improvement.
