Social Studio Co is an expanding social media agency, working remotely with clients across the United States. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in Seattle, WA who LOVES social media, creating content, and being a behind-the-scenes pair of hands. 1-2 years of experience in some capacity is required.


This is a part-time, primarily remote, contract role for 5-10 hours/week (to start). Work hours are flexible, but must be an excellent communicator.


At least 1 visit/month to client site in Seattle, WA for content creation required.

Pay is $20-25/hour depending on experience. Looking for a quick hire.


Requirements:

Social Media:

  • Must be knowledgeable in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Copywriting skills for social media - you know how to craft a good caption that attracts the right audience.
  • Basic video editing skills for Reels & TikTok.
  • A basic understanding of SEO for social media.
  • Posting and cross-posting content across social channels.


Content Creation:

  • Must have an interest in recording video and photos of client product, with an ability to come up with creative new ideas to present the product each month.
  • Ability to spot trends and come up with content ideas for a variety of clients.
  • Must have a portfolio of content examples


Other:

  • Great communicator As a remote role, you’re not expected to work 9-5 hours; however, because of this, communication on deadlines and tasks is a must
  • Must have organization skills
  • Ability to shift tone - we have multiple clients in a variety of industries, meaning different tones and copywriting for each.
  • Proficiency (or willing to learn): Canva, Later, Flick.
  • Desire to work with an expanding business.
  • To begin, this will be a support role and not client-facing (i.e. you won’t have any direct contact with the client), but there’s room to develop if there’s interest.
