Overview
TalentoHC is partnering with a leading luxury retailer to find a talented Jr. Art Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, creative design, and lifestyle/editorial content, with expertise in both digital and print media. Key responsibilities include digital merchandising, in-store digital signage, mood boards, web design, and campaign asset creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and on-brand visual content for various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Conceptualize and design lifestyle imagery and editorial content that aligns with the brand's luxury positioning.
- Work closely with photographers, stylists, graphic designer, editor, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Design digital and physical signage that enhances the customer experience and promotes brand messaging.
- Create visually appealing digital merchandising materials for online and in-store displays.
- Develop mood boards and creative concepts for various campaigns and projects.
- Present ideas and concepts to senior team members and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Design and update website layouts, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Create digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and online advertising
- Design and produce assets for marketing campaigns, including graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- Ensure all campaign materials are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met.
- Utilize project management tools like Asana and Box to track progress and communicate with team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury, lifestyle, health and wellness sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, creative design, and lifestyle/editorial content.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Asana, and Box.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with responsive design is a plus.
