We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our wholesale and corporate customer base.


Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale and corporate clients. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to achieve company targets. You will work closely with our talented floral designers and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new wholesale and corporate sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

- Establish and manage monthly corporate accounts.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Be ready to travel and be part of explosive growth.

- Represent RSVP by Anastasia in a professional manner at all times and comply with dress and grooming codes.


Additional Responsibilities

- Assist in assembling proposals and proofread all correspondences for accuracy and readability.

- Strategize with the management to identify specific business needs and implement sales plans to address gaps.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.

 Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event services, installations and arrangements.


Qualifications

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the floral or related industry.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate sales.

- Strong understanding of the wholesale and corporate market dynamics.

- Knowledge of selling in the bridal industry and event management, including birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and corporate events. *AND/OR* knowledge of selling to retail buyers, account driven corporate sales.

- Ability to approach and develop relationships with universities, hospitals and airlines.

- Strong writing and organizational skills.

- Highly motivated by sales results, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
