In this pivotal role, you will be integral to the day-to-day management and enhancement of a robust Source-to-Pay platform. Your technical expertise and strategic insight will drive process efficiency and optimize system performance across multiple business units. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence key operational functions within a large and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Source-to-Pay platform, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement user-friendly processes throughout system implementation.
- Support suppliers and lead enablement activities during implementation phases.
- Assist in designing and configuring the system to meet evolving process requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on system usage and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with software providers, consultants, and team members to align on system needs.
- Lead post-implementation support, focusing on system enhancements, configuration changes, and data management.
- Drive catalog and contract strategy execution, supporting sourcing and procurement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum three years of experience in project management, operations, or IT administration.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and compliance issues.
- Experience with source-to-pay software (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua) strongly preferred.
- Advanced certifications in Project Management, Sourcing, or Procurement are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage system-wide changes and maintain process documentation.
