Technical Sales Specialist: Nexthermal Corporation, an innovative leader in the Industrial Electric Heater Industry, is seeking a candidate for our Technical Sales Specialist role. Successful candidates should have:

  • Good technical aptitude (Math, ability to read product drawings and understanding of dimensional tolerances).
  • The ability to effectively multi-task and handle shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments is required.
  • Excitement towards problem solving within various customers on product design challenges.
  • Strong customer focus/strong internal drive to meet goals.
  • Successful completion or active registration in an Industrial Occupational Associate Degree or Certificate program
  • Inside Sales experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer detailed questions on our product and how to use it effectively. Technical assistance to support manufactured product recommendations to the customer.
  • Recommend the right product and perform critical review of customer requests for alignment of product offering, with emphasis on managing the risk of proposed solution.
  • Assisting current customers and onboarding new customers to provide quotations and supporting sales documents on a timely basis.
  • Processing of orders in our ERP System.
  • Support Nexthermal’s growing distribution network, as well as our outside sales team.
  • Communication with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Shipping departments as required to support our customers.
  • Research of target markets as needed to increase Nexthermal’s reach and product design capabilities.
