We are on the search for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who will play a crucial role in elevating the dining experience to new heights. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative vision and practical skills to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. From crafting unique dining concepts to ensuring impeccable service standards, this role is designed for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct interviews, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant associates.
  • Participate in the evaluation of restaurant staff for efficient operation.
  • Oversee schedules and direct staff in their work assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for both guests and associates.
  • Ensure all restaurant equipment is in working order.
  • Conduct visual inspections and take corrective actions to maintain an appealing and attractive restaurant environment for guests.
  • Provide guidance for improvement and implement necessary adjustments within the restaurant.
  • Manage work orders to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
  • Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and adjust to maintain food quality and service standards.
  • Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products, and check preparation methods to determine quality.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Document inventory forecasts and monitor supplies, ensuring the restaurant is stocked with necessary items for guest service.
  • Oversee the setup of dining and service areas.


WHAT YOU BRING

• Four-year college degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred.

• At least two years’ experience in related field .
