Key responsibilities

Responsible managing the day-to-day process of fulfilling Tech Ops and Quality commitments and initiatives, cross-functional coordination and ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and control. Develop and own integrated project plan for the site build project through coordination across workstream leads. Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies and methodologies. Lead and guide project in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution of defined project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing expectations and mitigating risks. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track. Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders on project performance and outcomes. Ensuring successful project outcomes, improving project efficiency, and contributing to overall organizational success.


Key Performance Indicators

Project Success Rate KPI, On-time Delivery KPI, Budget Adherence KPI, Stakeholder Satisfaction KPI, Project Team Performance KPI, Adhere to established budget and costs.


Experience & Education

4+ years’ relevant experience required. Direct experience working in a cGMP and/or aseptic manufacturing is highly desired. Prior experience or training in radiochemistry or radio-pharmacy desired. Knowledge and understanding of cGMP requirements and the application of continuous improvement in a regulated environment. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
