Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing calendars and appointments
  • Addressing customer service inquiries
  • Handling bookkeeping tasks
  • Planning and managing events
  • Packaging and shipping retail products sold on our website
  • Screening job applicants
  • Organizing and maintaining documents
  • Office management duties
  • Assisting with marketing tasks
  • Managing and growing our social media accounts
  • Occasional travel within the DFW area (up to 20%) and out of state (1-2 times per year)


Preferred Candidates Will Have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Communication
  • Previous experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
  • Event planning and management experience
  • Human Resources experience
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
