Job Overview:

We are looking for a UKG System Audit Consultant to conduct a thorough audit of our existing UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system. The primary focus will be to evaluate the current setup, identify inefficiencies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide recommendations for optimization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of UKG solutions, system configuration, and auditing best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • UKG System Audit: Perform a comprehensive audit of the existing UKG system (e.g., UKG Pro, Workforce Central, Dimensions) to assess configuration, workflows, and data integrity.
  • Identify Gaps & Risks: Evaluate the current system setup for inefficiencies, compliance risks, and operational bottlenecks. Identify areas for improvement in system performance and process automation.
  • Compliance Review: Ensure that the system adheres to legal requirements (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, overtime rules) and industry standards. Check for any discrepancies in payroll, time-tracking, and HR compliance.
  • Documentation Review: Review and update system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals to reflect current practices and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure the audit findings are clearly communicated, and collaborate on implementing changes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with implementation and development of UKG solutions (UKG Pro, Workforce Central, Dimensions)
  • Strong background in auditing HR and payroll systems, with experience in system analysis and process improvement.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.


Technical Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of UKG products (UKG Pro, Workforce Central, or Dimensions) and system configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and time-tracking processes.
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data flows between UKG and other platforms.
  • Ability to identify system risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications: UKG certifications or similar industry certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.
