About the Role:
We're seeking a creative and versatile Product Designer to design and enhance digital products that align with our mission. This role demands a blend of UX/UI design skills and an understanding of how design impacts user engagement and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user interfaces for our digital services, including an interactive learning platform and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate company vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Create compelling graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Manage design projects from concept through execution to ensure alignment with budget and timeline constraints.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and an understanding of web and mobile design standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for educational technology and a commitment to promoting diversity in tech.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Spline 3D or Cinema4D.
- Background in video game design or interactive media.
- Knowledge of animation and dynamic interaction design.
