Job Duties:

  • Run candidate pool reports for EEO-1/AAP reporting
  • Support talent acquisition audit requests
  • Support Region 4 for OFCCP compliance regulations, including Outreach efforts/data collection, pay transparency, Labor posters, disability accommodations, etc.
  • Handle inquiries across business on compliance questions and situations
  • Research with Legal, Consultant & appropriate resources on OFCCP compliance matters
  • Permanent residency requisitions
  • Routine reporting - Open Req Report, DP Posting Report
  • Audit Talent Acquisition processes for compliance


Skill set requirements:

The manager is looking for 3+ years of demonstrated experience with the following skills:

  • Previous experience with OFCCP compliance guidelines
  • Previous experience working with Talent Acquisition and Compliance
  • Candidates must be able to follow established process documentation
  • Strong experience with excel – particularly with creating pivot tables
  • The position requires that candidates have experience with handling confidential information
