Job Description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our AI Training and Development team. This role is critical in supporting the successful implementation of AI training programs across the organization. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Staff Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives, track progress, and maintain program documentation.


Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our AI training programs, from scheduling and logistics to tracking progress and managing documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of cutting-edge AI implementation while developing program management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor all training modules, including status updates on programs (in progress/complete/implementation)
  • Collaborate with team members to track class metrics, feedback, and NPS scores
  • Develop and propose remediation plans for programs that fall behind schedule
  • Schedule team training classes with guidance from Staff Program Manager
  • Coordinate meetings between Staff Program Manager and key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain training plans/roadmaps with regular status updates
  • Work with accounting team to track purchase orders, accruals, and course finances
  • Create and manage technical learning documentation processes and drives
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and program activities
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule through effective coordination and tracking
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and progress tracking systems

Required Experience/Skills

  • Proven experience in program coordination or project management
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Smartsheet
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
  • Experience with tracking and reporting program metrics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in learning and development or training coordination
  • Background in technology or AI-related fields
  • Experience with financial software or technology companies
  • Previous experience in remote team coordination
  • Familiarity with NPS tracking and analysis

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • Project Management certifications a plus
