Location : Candiate can we anywhere in USA, may require some travel on Major milestones (If require)

seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Sr. Consultant. The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & Client IT, gather technical requirements, design and develop the technical solutions.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
  • Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
  • Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
  • Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables.
  • Responsible for developing new payroll interfaces with third party systems, HCM Extracts, BI reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution.
  • Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the Payroll and Time & Labor processes in USA
  • 4 years of experience in managing Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
  • Responsible for working with payroll business, client IT, 3rd party vendors, Co-ordinate with Onshore & offshore teams, track overall work progress, status update to stake holders.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, Absence and Benefits
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
  • Work with multiple teams, hold the fort and responsible for project delivery
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
