Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Engineer, located in Exeter, CA. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing direct technical support to sales operations and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams. Duties include but not limited to;

  • Create, modify, finalize ACAD layout drawings per current sales scope
  • Work with cost accounting to amass history of standard costs of raw materials, packaging, machines and finished goods, labor, etc. to assemble sales contracts
  • Create, modify, finalize Sales Contracts
  • Gather/Send sales literature packets for prospective customers


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data
  • Technical support experience and familiarity with machinery
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in sales operations and customer service
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in the fresh produce industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, ACAD
  • Proficient in Cloud based applications- i.e. Google Sheets, One Drive, WeTransfer, etc.
