Job Purpose:

Under general supervision, assist with planning activities, including the development of plant work orders. Ensure a coordinated effort in maintenance, maintenance planning, and project execution between Transmission, Substation operations, and Nuclear. Evaluate and improve the execution of work management for Transmission Nuclear activities related to nuclear assets. Assist in event response, root cause analysis, and prevention of recurrence. Lead the scheduling and tracking of maintenance, compliance, and project progress at Nuclear sites.


​​​​​​​Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a professional certification
  • Six Sigma Certification Yellow Belt
  • 2+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas:
  • Leading projects that require complex analysis and work execution
  • Substation and Transmission system operations or nuclear operations
  • Maintenance of transformers and switchyard assets or nuclear assets
  • Expertise in integrity and compliance skills
  • Competence in analysis and problem-solving, communication, process/project management, commercial, leadership, and professional skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Six Sigma Certification Green Belt or higher


Primary (Essential) Job Functions:

  • Develop work orders for Transmission activities related to nuclear assets
  • Schedule Transmission activities related to nuclear assets
  • Respond to events and emergent issues
  • Participate in work management planning meetings
  • Meet attendance and storm duty requirements
  • Work extended hours as needed


Job Standards:

Performance will be based on the successful completion of all job functions up to the productivity standards and timeframes established and directed by Management.
