Job Responsibilities:- Prepare estimates for renewable energy projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to define project parameters and influence project designs.
- Coordinate with project management, supply chain, project controls, engineering, and construction supervision to ensure timely and accurate estimates.
- Update and process estimating templates in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant corporate policies and programs.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal partners, making efficient and quality-driven decisions to drive project success.
- Understand wind turbine and solar project technology, and apply this knowledge to drive efficient models and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect current and historical project designs, drawings, and specifications to identify cost savings measures and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Science, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years' experience in construction, with a strong understanding of construction management principles, including scheduling, estimating, and means and methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
