Your Role: Machine Learning Systems Engineer


As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the high-performance data processing and ML services that form the backbone of our AI-driven healthcare platform, Enobase. This is your opportunity to work in a vibrant, global ecosystem alongside data scientists, machine learning engineers, healthcare experts, and business leaders. Responsibilities


  • Develop and scale cutting-edge ML and AI technologies within our Enobase platform, distinguished by its capacity to facilitate both in-house data science work and cross-institutional collaborations through our advanced federated learning capabilities.
  • Design and implement features to streamline ML development workflows, incorporating best practices and leveraging scalable computing resources like Kubernetes and Dask.
  • Create flexible, user-friendly infrastructure to support the diverse ML needs of our data scientists and healthcare partners.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, championing openness, transparency, and a collaborative approach in every aspect of your work.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning, or 1+ years with an advanced degree in computer science, data science, biomedical informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing enterprise software for machine learning and data science applications, with a preference for experience in healthcare data environments.
  • Expertise in building and managing large-scale, production-grade data pipelines for ML applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent technical communication skills.
  • Currently reside in the Greater Boston area.
