Technical Architect-Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.

- Convert applications to multitenancy architecture.

- Create detailed technical documentation, including system blueprints and integration plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore teams, for successful project delivery. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Participate in hands-on development when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Architect in healthcare.

- Proven experience in converting applications to multitenancy architecture.

- Strong technical skills in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, cloud platforms).

- In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience leading technical discussions and presenting solutions to stakeholders.

- Familiarity with team processes and standards in healthcare compliance.
