Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing culinary activities, and managing food service operations. The role is located in Oakland, CA.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Food & Beverage Management skills
  • Experience in food service management
  • Hands on leader who works along side their team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Hotel F&B experience preferred
