We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Oakland Airport Our hotel sits on 19 acres and is a quiet retreat just two minutes from Oakland Airport. We're under 10 minutes from Oakland Coliseum and 12 minutes from Oakland Zoo and Jack London Square. In this role, you will oversee the FOH operation which consists of 15,494 sq. ft. of banquet space and 3 F&B outlets

What will I be doing?

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

Salary range is $95,000 to $110,000 dependent upon experience level and location.
