Territory Manager

Looking for a Rep living in the Portland or Seattle area.
Compensation: $90K Base + $60K Commissions/Bonus = $150,000
Territory: WA, OR, ID, AK - Pacific Northwest Territory
Product Line: Women's Health - Medical Devices
Call Points: GYN, Urology, OR Administration
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales territory.
- Achieve territory sales goals by increasing sales with existing customers and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Actively engage and call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both hospital and office settings.
- Develop strong relationships and become an integral part of the surgical team.
- Conduct product trials to demonstrate value.
- Provide after-sales service and ongoing support.
- Manage budgets and maintain detailed records within the CRM platform.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
- Travel as needed within the assigned territory, which may be up to 80%.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in urology or women’s health).
- Proven leadership and teamwork experience (e.g., through athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.).
- Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible and open to coaching and professional development.
