ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and optimizing the sales process. You will support various operational aspects of the sales function, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time remote position.


Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:



  • Create quotes and proposals: Collaborate with sales teams to identify solutions and product configurations. Coordinate with technology partners and distributors to prepare accurate and timely quotes using quoting software, and other resources.
  • CRM/Sales Administration: Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, update sales documentation, and renewals management.
  • Order Management: Support the order fulfillment process, including processing orders, managing customer and internal communication, accounts receivables, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Responding to inquiries from potential and existing customers, addressing their concerns, and providing product information.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the company’s technology portfolio.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience in sales or customer support in a technology company
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to express themselves clearly and professionally.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a remote role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, ConnectWise CPQ (Sell), Slack or other team communication platforms are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
