Job Description:-


Technical Product Manager who will partner with the internal Marketing and Sales business stakeholders, operations teams and end users like sellers, business development representatives - to understand their processes/ pain points and collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. The product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and Co-lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on Salesforce CRM. The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.


This specific role will be working in Salesforce and will be primarily focusing on the Sales experience in Salesforce. Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Salesforce is required.


The Product Manager, Sales Platform role will drive the prioritization, planning, and delivery of business solutions within Salesforce, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the CRM. The candidate is passionate about the Sales process, technical capabilities of CRM and CPQ systems, and the people that use them This individual will work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Partner Programs to resolve day-to-day issues and prioritize critical business requirements in support of the Lead to Quote technology roadmap.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their business initiatives and problems.
  • Partner with developers to implement solutions for business needs and issues.
  • Define Salesforce requirements for agreed upon business solutions.
  • Communicate and align with internal partners on plans and launches.
  • Partner with other teams that own and manage integrated systems.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of multiple CRMs and resolve reported issues.
  • Analyze internal customer feedback, reported issues, product performance, and recommend potential solutions based on analysis.
  • Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives.
  • Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests.
  • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority.


Top Skills Details:

  • 5+ years of Product Management Experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the role of a Product Manager or BSA of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience and knowledge within the Lead to Quote process, Sales Operations.
  • Experience/ technical knowledge around 3rd party application such as Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn integrated with Salesforce.
  • Must have excellent communication skills/ executive presence.


Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management and administration.
  • Experience and knowledge within the Lead to Quote process, Sales Operations, and integration of enterprise systems with CRMs.
  • Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges.
  • Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences; as well as communicate.
  • Effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership.
  • Experience presenting and advocating programs to internal partners and users.
  • Strong communications skills, with the distinctive ability to empower and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills – you respectfully facilitate teams to the successful mitigation of issues.


The following certifications are desirable but not required:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Scrum Product Owner Certification.
