Business Development Manager – Injection Molding


Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a strong background in plastics injection molding? We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and lead business growth in the Southeast region of the United States. As a remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from your preferred location while expanding our market presence and driving sales.


*Must have strong technical knowledge of Injection Molding and reside in/willing to relocate to the Eastern/Southeastern US*


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand business opportunities in the Southeast region.
  • Identify and target potential customers, establishing and nurturing relationships to generate new leads and sales.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of injection molding and technical expertise.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the plastics industry, specifically in injection molding.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of injection molding processes and applications.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
