Bilingual Payroll Manager - Hybrid

Vaco is working with an international organization to add a Payroll Manager to the Garner, NC team. As the Payroll Mnager you will process weekly and biweekly payroll for North American employees. Our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has previous payroll processing experience. This is a full-time opportunity that will require being onsite 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and biweekly payroll for around 1,000 employees
  • Ensure payroll compliance
  • Ensure accurate payroll data including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, etc.
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll-related issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions regarding the HRIS

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
  • Bilingual-Spanish required
  • Associate's degree highly preferred
  • Working HRIS knowledge
